Desmond L. Weems is a filmmaker, educator, and youth development leader with nearly two decades of experience in media production and arts education. He is the Founder and CEO of Ten Twenty-Two Productions, where he writes, directs, and produces films, theatre productions, documentaries, and music videos. He developed innovative programs in podcasting, film, sports journalism, and music production that increased student engagement by 30%. A two-time Spirit of Detroit Award recipient, he is passionate about using media and the arts to empower young people and develop the next generation of creative leaders.

Andre Williams is a Detroit-based filmmaker, broadcast producer, and youth media mentor with over a decade of experience in film production and digital storytelling. He is the founder of Deep Rooted Entertainment and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the High School Podcast Network (HSPN), where he mentors students in podcasting, broadcasting, and journalism. Williams currently serves as Site Coordinator at Detroit Lions Academy, leading media and entrepreneurship programming that gives Detroit students real-world experience in storytelling, broadcasting, and content creation.

Reginald Simpkins is an actor, producer, and podcast host passionate about storytelling and media production. He has appeared in the feature film projects MasterMinds and Push Comes to Shove, and played a key role in leading the production of Masterminds, overseeing the filmmaking process and collaborating with creative and technical teams to bring the project to life.

In addition to his film work, Reginald is the host and producer of the weekly podcast “Coaches Corner,” broadcast throughout the Detroit Public Schools Community District. Through the show, he creates engaging content designed to connect with high school students and highlight voices from the Detroit community.
